Hello, Im using your program with a 3 com home connect camera. Operating system win XP home SP2. The last time I used the program it worked fine. I wanted to launch it the other day and all I get is the white screen. Also I get no options for the video in the tool bar. It has worked in the past. Ive installed many programs since its last use so I dont know if there is a conflict or which program is killing things. All other capture programs work except web cam security. Can you help resolve this?
Make sure you plug your webcam in before loading the software, otherwise your camera may not be recognized.
If you are using more than one Web Cam programs for instance Skype/Yahoo Messenger then you may have a conflict and experience a blank screen. Please e-mail us and ask about multi-cam support.
