when i try to start the program i get "runtime error 339, mscomctl.ocx not correctly registered, missing or invalid" I am a registered user I have my order id and license code. I tried redownloading and reinstalling but no luck. please help.

For one reason or another, your missing MSCOMTL.OCX

Please download it from the URL below
http://www.dreamstruct.com/products/webcamsecuritysystem/mscomctl.zip
(Right click and choose Save As)

What operating system are you using?

If using Windows 2000:
Place or unzip the file mscomtl.ocx in the C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.

If using Windows XP:
Place or unzip the file mscomtl.ocx in the C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 directory.

Finally, Click Start-->RUN and type "REGSVR32 MSCOMCTL.OCX" (No quotes) in the box.

Restart and run the program again.
