For some reason my hard disk key changed when I reformatted. (I had a video card failure and it managed to take essential data with it when it died). Anyhow, do I need to repurchase the program because of this? My old key no longer works.
No you do not have to purchase the program again. Load up the program's registration screen and copy down your machine ID, this is a long alphanumeric number. Email this code to mailto:SecureWebCamera@Dreamstruct.com and we will send you a new key.
We will fix this in the future to make the key easier to copy and paste, for now you will have to copy it down the old fashioned way with paper and pen.
