I've now sent three emails to you for resolution to this problem with no reply yet. I've sent these to both of your known email addresses, SecureWebCamera@Dreamstruct.com and support@Dreamstruct.com, but they are getting bounced back - your mail boxes are full - how lame is that? You can imagine my frustration. RegNow has also been trying to contact you about this.
I purchased your product over the weekend through RegNow and paid $19.95 for it. It will not accept the registration number that I received so I cannot use your product. I purchased this product to be in use while I am away. I leave tomorrow so must hear from you immediately. Over a week later and still no reolution. I'm going to request a full refund from RegNow today. This has been the worst customer service I have ever received. Anyone else who is reading this - don't buy this product! They will take your money and abandon you!
