When I put in the registration code given after purchasing, it tells me it is invalid. Please advise if this is the place to get help or should I call someone?
Please send the 10-15 digit machine ID number listed on the registration screen to SecureWebCamera@Dreamstruct.com and based on your valid order number we will send you a new unlock key.
Received the new unlock key and it is still telling me it is an invalid key. I have 6 days left in the trial. I did double check the 10-15 digit number/letter combination and it is correct. Please let us know where we go from here.
Please send a screen shot of the machine ID on the registration screen. To do this you can click the Print Scr (Print Screen) button on your keyboard. Save the file to your desktop and send this as an attachment to: SecureWebCamera@Dreamstruct.com
